Email us a 1 page summary with a photo on why you need sponsorship to [email protected].  Tell us about you and your story.

3.) Once we Identify your sponsor we will put you in touch with them.  Our Sponsors will chose to fully or partially sponsor you wherein you can share your journey back to a life of health you deserve.
